Terethenzia is home to a small farming community, comprised of nine nameless families and their homes. In addition to the farming community is House Terethenzia.

House Terethenzia is home to the earl of Terethenzia, Earl Reginald Findlay, son of the late Theodore Findlay and Eleanor May-Porter. The Findlay Family have overseen House Terethenzia since before The Race Wars.

The allegiance of House Terethenzia is unclear. Although a member house of The Duchy of Parzelon, House Terethenzia is thought to have aided Eschenfeld in The Race Wars, prior to the Scorched Earth event.

House Terethenzia pays regular taxes to The Duchy of Parzelon despite itself maintaining nearby roads and bridges, such as The Old Bridge.

As Earl Reginald Findlay never married, it is likely that he will be the last of his family to lead House Terethenzia, and that the house name and lineage may be up for grabs.

House Terethenzia is most well known for its production of fine red wines from its hectares of vineyards, mostly staffed by the town inhabitants.
