Shikta Usha is the head of The Usha Cartel’s Piracy Division, a member of The Usha Family and the son of Brulin Usha.
Shikta Usha never quite understood the family business, but family is family, and so the head of The Usha Cartel’s Piracy Division he became. As Brulin Usha’s only son, and direct heir to The Usha Cartel, Shikta was trained for his role as the head of the Piracy Divsion, with the intention to prepare him to take over the cartel when Brulin Usha passed. Despite this training, Shikta Usha was never particularly smart, and was never well versed with the details of his operations.
The Usha Cartel was founded primarily on piracy, quickly growing into a variety of other criminal sectors. To this day, the majority of the Usha Cartel’s income is earned from piracy. Of course, with Shikta being an unsuitable leader for the division, most of the responsibilities remain in the hands of his Father, Brulin Usha.
